If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. 2. Intellectual Property Rights The content on this Site, including without limitation, the photography, text, software, code (React/Next.js components), and the Aperture Logo design, is the intellectual property of the Site Owner and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Photography: All images are the exclusive property of the photographer. Unauthorized downloading, screen-capturing, or redistribution of these images is strictly prohibited. Code: The underlying architecture and custom UI components are proprietary unless otherwise noted via an Open Source license (e.g., MIT). 3. Use License Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not: Modify or copy the materials; Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display; Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Site; Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials. 4.
